Utah Hikes

We love Utah and all the beauty it has to offer. We especially love that you can be in the mountains in 10 mintures. That means fabulous beauty, hikes, nature walks, waterfalls, animals and more amazing out door activities. Recently we visited Silver lake in Big Cottonwood Canyon and loved it. Very kid friendly and so fun. We took up our lunch and had a picnic at the tables before our hike. It was great! We even found snow. 

This last week we went to hike Battle Creek Falls in PG We all loved it. It was beautiful. The water fall was gorgeous! It's a great kid friendly hike. 

We love the beauty Utah has to offer. We love that we can spend time as a family doing something active. It's my goal to get out and enjoy the outdoors more with my family.

The My baby boy turned 3 on June 24. How is it my baby is 3?!! I want him to stay little forever. He is the sweetest little boy. A sour patch at times, but that's just his cute personality. He is helpful, very smart, loves to hug, give kisses, loves to have fun,  a great dancer, loves Mac and cheese and much more!! We are so thankful to have him in our lives. We love you Noah. You are our best boy. Happy happy birthday sweet boy!! 💙🎉🎂

Hill Air Force Base Air Show 2016

We went to the Utah Air Show this weekend. It is a great family activity and it's free!! We rode the front runner up for  $5 per adult and kids were free. The kids loved it. My stomach not so much. It was so fun for them and very affordable. 

We arrived to the base and began our adventure. Lots a lines and people. But we got in. There were so many different planes, jets and more! Our favorite was the ThunderBirds Jet show!! We all enjoyed our family, food and a great show. We went for our cute Nephew Abrams birthday. He loves Air planes. All in all it was a great day. If you are in Utah in the summer. AZ SUMMER FAVS

1. Summer Movie fun at Harkins- 10 movies for $7. Buy the popcorn shirt and refillable cups and it makes movie snacks more affordable. 

2. Pools, Pools and more Pools- we love Mesquite Groves. Affordable and fun. Plus our own community pool and our friends. 

3. Splash Pads-- we love Eastmark splash pad in Mesa. Our FAVORITE! It's shaded and perfect for a fun day.

4. Jump Street and Crazy Air - indoor trampoline parks. They have AC and the kids love it!

5. Library- Perfect place to read tons of books and get out of the house . Plus you can take lots of new books home.

Frank's Red Hot Lettuce Wraps

Here's a recipe I have been making lately and loving it!! Frank's RedHot chicken lettuce wraps! These are one of my new favs. Grab a butter lettuce and all the toppings you want- tomatoes, guacamole, chives, lime juice, blue cheese crumbles- my fav. Or last time we did chopped up avocados, tomatoes and drizzled ranch on top ! Easy and yummy. Chop up chicken and marinade it in Frank's RedHot. I did it for 30 mins to a hour, add a dash of sea salt and garlic salt for added flavors. Add some olive oil to the pan and cook up yo chicken or grill it. The Happy Face Wipe !! We love Neat Cheeks. Did you know that they are made with Stevia?!! That's why they are so sweet! Hi! I wanted to do a quick intro: My name is Andrea and I’m a mama to two beautiful boys, ages 5 and 2. My husband Diogo and I have raised our family in Utah, North Carolina, South Carolina and most recently Arizona. Where we have been the last 4 years. We have loved exploring each state with our little family. Finding new things to do and having fun is a must in our crew. Exposing my boys to the beauty in culture is something that is very important to our family. I am adopted from India and my husband was born and raised in Brasil. We will chat more about that later. We both have large loud families that love to laugh and act crazy, I love to cook, Diogo is a CANCER survivor of 1 year 🎉, we are infertile as a result of the cancer, I love to plan partys and host !!
