Trick Or Treat Yo Self

With busy works schedules, children to take care of, Wife duties & events to attend it is difficult for women to find a few hours to pamper themselves, party, have fun & relax. This year has been a big one for me in hosting parties & events. It's what i love to do. I have been hosting ladies nights more often so we can all have something fun to do & take time for ourselves. Since Halloween is one of my favorite holidays. I decided to do a Trick Or Treat Yo Self Ladies night. It was so wonderful & it will be something i will be hosting every year!! So, if you missed it this year! Don't worry i am already planning next year's party!! Yay.

This year Trick or Treat Yo self was hosted at my best friend's amazing, gorgeous home. She was so kind to let me host and she is the best! Thanks again Becca! Everyone loved her house. It's soo amazing! 

This Girls Night Out Event had the best salads from the amazing Sauce! They were so yummy & perfect for the party. We had a variety of Bundt cakes from Nothing Bundt cakes! Both places cater and help save you time for any party / event ! It makes my life so much easier when i don't have to worry about every single thing!! We ate, drank fun mock tails & cocktails, had fun giveaways & chatted the night away! It was so fun! Ultimately this night helps each of us ladies take some time for ourselves, to build new relationships and to relax in a friendly atmosphere.

The event included giveaway items from Woven pear, It's a 10 haircare, miss jones baking co, Nothing Bundt Cakes, food from Sauce Pizza & Wine, Wmn nutrition, Halo Top, Bare products, My Amelia James, Pixi Beauty, all of the party wear was from the amazing Oriental Trading Co, Brazi bites & much more!! Utah Favorite Things Party

This summer i went to Utah for a few weeks to get away from the AZ heat! While i was there i wanted to have a Favorite Things Party with some blogger babes, family and friends! I wanted to meet some new friends and see some old ones too. So i made all of the plans before i went and got everything organized.
I was able to host the party at the cutest little children's boutique in SLC. It is called Story Brook Play Cafe. Its the cutest little place. It has the cutest toys, theme days, activities for your kiddos while you work and even more. It is sooo clean which i appreciate as a mama! I know you will too. If you are in that are you must check it out! You will love it!!

I had so many fun ladies come to the Favorite Things Party in Utah! Everyone arrived with one of their Favorite Things to exchange at the party. We had yummy treats that were catered by the amazing Kneaders! You can never go wrong with Kneaders am i right?
We chatted and ate some treats! We played a fun Ice Breaker game to get to know each other a little better! So that was fun.

Back to school with Skechers

We have been in our Back to school phase for about 5 weeks now! It's been so busy & crazy! For myself I am still trying to learn the balance. Both boys are in school and both parents working. 

I always love to do fun things and just because we are in school doesn't mean we do less. Haha I just figure out a way to do it all. But, this year for some reason balance is something I am struggling with. I will find my happy medium soon!

Hotel Valley Ho

Girls stay cation is always a must in my books! My girlfriends and I try to do it at least once a year! 

Luckily we live somewhere where we have the most amazing resorts within 45 minutes ! So, this last weekend I grabbed a few girls friends and we had a "Girls Stay cation" at Hotel Valley Ho! It was absolutely amazing !!

Let me tell you about our fabulous stay cation at Hotel Valley Ho and you guys, I'm not being paid to say this at all !! But I want to live there! Or at least have a girls or hubby stay cation once a month. Haha a girl can wish right?! We all had such a great experience! I hope when you are reading this post you will want a little to plan a little getaway with your husband or your ladies! That all this info will help you make a decision & you have less to research and more time to just be excited about your trip!! 

SPA TIME at Valley Ho Spa

We spent our morning in the VH Spa - which was amazing, to say the least! We all received 2 spa services of our choice. It was a spa package deal. Those are the best. So when you visit i suggest a package deal or even check out groupon's site for deals on the spa. I got the body sugar scrub & the 60 min facial ! Both services were so amazing! So relaxing and refreshing!  My therapists were wonderful as well! So professional and polite. I loved them! The spa was so clean and calming! I loved it so much! I can't wait to go back!

BRUNCH at ZUZU  - Food & Drink 

We had the most amazing brunch at Cafe ZUZU ! ZUZU is the hotel restaurant and I would honestly dine there even if we weren't staying at the hotel! I will planing a date night asap to go back. The food was so yummy and the service was just wonderful ! Our server was amazing ! She was so happy & polite. She gave us wonderful suggestions on all menu items! We ended up with Donut bombs for an appetizer & these yummy scones. They were amazing!! Then every lady ordered some amazing meal - we had so much of a variety from red velvet waffles, biscuits & gravy, Omelets, and so much more! It was divine. We all rolled out of there with happy bellies !! I can't wait to dine there again! There were so many other items in the menu I wanted to try!! 

ACCOMMODATION'S

Next we headed to our rooms. We wanted to change for the pool and get some fun pictures in! 

The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. We all loved it. The decor around the hotel is perfectly styled with all bright colors! I love it. The bright flowers and the greenery around the property always gets me !! I love all of the bright flowers everywhere! It's my favorite. But really, it's so pretty !! You will love it. 

Our room, itself, was so cute! It was the perfect combination of modern+vintage. Valley Ho opened in the 50's and I love the retro look each room has! Exposed white painted brick walls, pops of orange and teal, and the comfiest beds ever! Let's be honest, these mama's came to sleep alone in those comfy beds hahah. 

Our room had a cute little patio that lead out to the pool and It had a cute lounger to relax on. More than anything, it was CLEAN & kept up with so nicely. We felt so relaxed!! 

Pool side & drinks 

There are 2 pools at Hotel Valley Ho. One is the main pool & the other is a quiet pool. We went to the main pool. Where we had a pool cabana. It was so nice to have our own little space and enjoy some fun drinks! We were able to chat, take some photos and just relax! That Sunday there happen to be a pool party. So they had some good jams and we all loved it. Everyone got a good tan and got some good r & r in.

All in all our experience at Hotel Valley Ho was amazing! Everything was perfect and we had some great R & R! Which was much needed. It was definitely so fun to go with girlfriends. We will definitely be back soon!

Best snackies ever

My boys have been asking for the last 6 months for these Snacky cups. I would always say maybe later. Well they finally got their wish! Nuby sent them these cute snacky cups last month! They were soo excited!! Thank you NUBY!!
