No Bake-- Protein Energy Bites

No Bake Protein Energy Bites

No Bake 5 Ingredient Peanut Butter or Almond Butter Energy Bites. Loaded with old fashioned oats, peanut butter and flax seeds. A healthy protein packed breakfast, snack or healthy treat!! 
Makes 12 bites 
What you need -- 
**   2/3 cup creamy peanut butter or a almond butter -- whatever you like.
**½ cup dark chocolate chocolate chips. Add a little more if you want. ;)
**1 cup old fashioned oats
** ½ cup ground flax seeds
** 2 tablespoons honey-- I used organic agave from Costco. That is our honey replacement.

Directions --
Mix all 5 ingredients in a medium bowl. Stir to combine. Place in the refrigerator for 15-30 minutes so they are easier to roll.
Roll into 12 bites on a cookie sheet with parchment paper. When done put balls into a tupperware and store in the fridge for up to a week.
